These Terms of Service govern your use of the MyArcana website (https://myarcanas.com/). By accessing the site and using its tools, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Nature of the content: for self-reflection, not a scientific or medical claim
MyArcana is a service for self-reflection and entertainment, offering calculations based on astrological and numerological systems: natal chart, Destiny Matrix, Compatibility Matrix, astrocartography, lunar horoscope, and moon calendar.
Astrology and numerology are not scientifically proven methods for predicting the future or diagnosing a person's condition. We provide the Service's content strictly for informational and entertainment purposes. It is not scientific, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice and should not be the sole basis for important decisions.
Some of the text interpretations are generated by artificial intelligence, following a methodology developed by our team. Such texts may be incomplete or contain inaccuracies. Use the information you receive at your own discretion and with a critical eye.
We calculate astronomical data, such as planetary positions or moon phases, using verified astronomical algorithms and libraries, so it is accurate. Their astrological interpretation, however, is a traditional symbolic system, not an exact science.
Who can use the Service
The Service is not intended for children under 16. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, or that you are doing so with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
Account and usage rules
- You can use the core tools without registering. Creating an account with Google unlocks additional features: calculation history on this device and AI interpretations.
- AI interpretations have a daily limit per account. This keeps the Service available to all users.
- Do not attempt to automatically collect data from the site (scraping), bypass limits, or overload the Service with bulk requests.
- Do not use the Service for unlawful activity or to cause harm to other users.
Free and future paid features
All of the Service's tools are currently free. In the future, we may introduce paid premium features for a small monthly fee. If this happens, we will update these Terms and the Privacy Policy with a detailed description of the features, pricing, and payment terms before they become available. Any payments, should they be introduced, will be processed through a verified payment provider. We will not store bank card numbers on our own servers.
Intellectual property
The design, texts, logo, and other elements of the Service belong to MyArcana or are used under license. You are free to save and use the results of your own calculations, such as an image of your natal chart, for personal purposes.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MyArcana is not liable for decisions you make based on information from the Service, including financial, medical, legal, or personal decisions. The Service is provided 'as is', without any guarantee of uninterrupted operation or complete freedom from errors.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when we add a new tool or launch paid features. We will notify you of material changes on this page and update the 'Last updated' date at the top.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, unless the mandatory law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
